In this speech, entitled, "Say: Die in your rage," the Islamic State's spokesman most notably includes official acceptance for the creation of a 'Wilayat Khorasan' ('Khorasan Province'), which encompasses the Afghanistan-Pakistan area: headed by Hafidh Said Khan with Abdur Rauf Khadim Abu Talha. The Islamic State also praises the attacks in Paris and Australia (both of which featured at least one attacker declaring allegiance to the Islamic State). Otherwise, this speech repeats standard talking points (fighting the 'Crusaders', continuing on the path of jihad etc.) even as the group has been driven out of the city of Kobani.
