New Official Islamic State Video from 'Hama Province'

When the Islamic State first expanded from Iraq into Syria in 2013, one of the areas where it had a presence was Hama Province, which fell under the group's "Wilayat Hama"- de facto cancelled in early 2014 as the group withdrew from much of northwest Syria to consolidate around Raqqa. Since then, the Islamic State has developed significant contiguous territory including expansion into eastern Hama countryside, but an official media release for this province since early 2014 has only come out today, featuring the graphic beheading of Shi'a and Alawite prisoners.
