Faylaq al-Karar (full name: Faylaq al-Karar Dar' al-Iraq) is a Shi'a militia led by Sheikh Ra'ad Awad al-Tamimi, who has also served as secretary general for the political party Hizb al-Imana. The militia claims a number of formations such as Liwa Umm al-Banin in Babil province to the south of Baghdad and Liwa Zainab al-Hawra.
