Islamic State: World under Islam Graphic

This social media graphic- namely, depicting the world under the banner of jihad/banner of jihad (sacred seal version)- is primarily associated with supporters of the Islamic State and has been in circulation since at least summer 2013. It reflects the Islamic State's global ambitions that have long been articulated in official discourse, well before the official Caliphate declaration.
