Kata'ib Jund al-Imam 'Martyrdom' Poster

It is important to note that the various Shi'a militia movements are trying to build influence in the Shi'a majority province of Iraq. So here as part of this martyrdom poster we have the self-described 'Wasit division' of Kata'ib Jund al-Imam: Wasit being a southern Iraq province. Indicative of the group's ideological affinities, we have on top right Ayatollah Khamenei (Iran's Supreme Leader) and on bottom left Ayatollah Khomeini. The inclusion of Ayatollah Sistani on bottom right is to be taken with a pinch of salt, as the tensions between Sistani and Iran's religious leadership are well-known.
