Turkestan Islamic Party: Emblem

On top: the Shahada (Islamic declaration of faith: No deity but God, Muhammad is the Messenger of God). Underneath: "And fight them until there is no more fitna [strife] and religion is wholly of God". Further underneath: 'Rule is only for God' (indicative of an Islamist outlook). Again underneath, Qur'an 4:59.
