Islamic State: Africa Media
"Ifriqiya lil-Ilam" ('Africa Media') is a jihadi media outlet on Twitter dedicated, in its own words, to being "the voice of the mujahideen from Africa." The outlet has done media productions on behalf of the Katiba Uqba ibn Nafi in Tunisia (a venture between Ansar al-Shari'a Tunisia and al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb with official loyalty to Zawahiri, but a portion of the group's rank-and-file have come out in support of the Islamic State), and has also offered support to jihadis in Mali. However, the bulk of Africa Media's output is recycling material in support of the Islamic State in Libya from the 'wilayat' in Libya. Indeed the material for Katiba Uqba ibn Nafi is advertised with the hashtag "The Islamic State" (ad-dawla al-islamiya), making clear the orientation of Africa Media's leanings.
