Land of Islam- Sacred Seal Version

This flag is essentially a reversal of colors of the flag of jihad- sacred seal version- and is supposed to represent Dar al-Islam (Abode of Islam, as opposed to the non-Muslim realm of Dar al-Harb "Abode of War"). However, it is not consistently used for areas captured and administered by jihadi groups. The Islamic State- for example- can use the white and black flags interchangeably.
